Contemplative, contemplative and known as the heart of Lake Wörth through the trademark of the two churches on the prominently visible peninsula, the Romantic Church Advent in Maria Wörth is intended to round off the magic of Advent on Lake Wörth into one unit.
Connected to the towns of Klagenfurt, Velden, Pörtschach and Keutschach, the warmly decorated Advent island invites you to browse the Advent stalls as a link. For the onward journey to the Advent market on the Pyramidenkogel, a bus shuttle is set up between the boat trip and the excursion destination from Maria Wörth and in the direction of Velden. Advent market Market stalls with gift ideas, decorations, treats to take away, Christmas decorations and much more… Fire bowls & Christmas magic The Maria Wörth peninsula, stylishly decorated, shines tranquilly in the Christmas light. Here, visitors to the Christmas stalls warm themselves up at the fire bowls and enjoy a little contemplation, the scent of Advent and the glow of lanterns.
